Crystal Clear Boutique is an online based company founded by Crystal Lambert in March 2018.
We work with several suppliers around the world to provide our customers with a wide variety of products. Currently, our main selection is clothing and jewellery.
Although most items are UK supplied, we also work with suppliers worldwide, we ask that you allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. This time frame will shorten as we grow our in house stock levels. Regular communication will be giving regarding the status of your order.
Notes are clearly stated within each products description, informing the estimated delivery time for that item. We are working hard to build our stock levels and thank you for your patience while we do this.
The customer holds the right of withdrawal of their order at anytime, prior to dispatch from our premises. In the event, that your order has already been dispatched, then we reserve the right to withhold refund payment, until the products have been returned and received by us. As with all returns, the customer is fully responsible for the costing of postage for returns.
Crystal Clear Boutique offers a 30 day returns policy on all products, however, you must inform us before returning products. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed once the returned products have been received. Email confirmation will be sent once your refund has been processed, and customers should allow 3-5 days for this to clear.
